Guides to Your Network

Increasing complexity of network security coupled with the demand for ever more rapid response to changing requirements is stretching the abilities of administrators from both sides. And while users will never hesitate to tell administrators about problems, intruders don't file bug reports.

Network Geographics helps by providing tools to automate your understanding of your organization's security stance. Our tools let you identify potential security flaws before the intruders. Our first product InfoSecter is a firewall configuration analysis tool that models how a firewall will apply security to network packets and lets you search that data. InfoSecter works with intrusion detection or log monitoring systems. When they report an errant packet in your network, you can use InfoSecter to rapidly find the root cause in your firewall configuration.
