InfoSecter Online - Analyze firewall configurations, either dissect a single configuration or perform a functional comparison between two configurations.
You can generate an HTML report, or by installing a plugin (see the bottom of this page), explore the results in your browser.

ISC Report - The Internet Storm Center monitors network attack reports and provides listing of the currently most prevalent ones. This tools uses those reports (the port attack report and the intrusion attempt source report) to generate a constraint check for a firewall configuration.

Configuration obsfucator - This tool rewrites configuration files to shroud their original IPv4 addresses. The tool preserves the network relationships, so resulting analysis still make sense. |

IP Tools - Convert an arbitrary range of IP addresses to a minimal set of IP networks for security devices that do not accept IP address ranges, and convert to and from IP masks, bitcounts and wildcards. |
